Security
Requests are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to them is limited to the people who need it to handle your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Overseas disclosure
Our website hosting, request processing and email providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you don't provide your details
You can browse the site without giving us anything. We need your name, phone number, suburb and a description of the job to pass on a quote request; without them we can't arrange for a tree service to contact you.

Google receives technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. We do not send your enquiry details to Google Analytics, and the site does not use advertising cookies. To stop Google Analytics, block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
The site also keeps a small note in your browser's session storage of the page you arrived on and any campaign tags, so they can be included with your request. It's cleared when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, deal with any follow-up and meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. The tree service keeps its own records of work it carries out.
Access, correction and complaints
